Shipping
All products shipped in U.S by Fed Ex Standard Ground/Express.
Shipping and handling costs will be calculated upon checkout.
Fed Ex will not ship to any P.O boxes; you must provide a physical address when
placing an order.
Allow up to 2-3 business days to process and ship order.
The ship to address will determine the length of time it takes to receive a
shipment.

We
do NOT request or require a signature for Fed Ex deliveries, but we cannot force
the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively
low crime area and the risk is small the driver will usually leave the package
at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your Fed Ex driver's
discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to special
shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.
Fed Ex does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when
estimating your expected delivery date.
There is no guarantee that your order will go out the day you order. If you have
specified a One, Two, or Three Day delivery and are placing the order after
12:00 noon PST, It is likely your order will be shipped the following business
day.
For
military locations (APO/FPO), In addition to the delivery time that it takes us
to get it to the APO or FPO (two or three days), you will have to wait on the
military then delivered the package to you. This could be days or weeks. We
cannot help speed up this process. Sorry. When indicating your shipping address,
"APO" or "FPO" will be your "city"; "AA", "AE" or "AP" will be your "state" and
your ZIP Code will begin with either 09, 34 or 96. Leave the "Country" as United
States. You will be presented with your Priority Mail shipping charge when you
Checkout or Check your shopping cart.
We
will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving
our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping
labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If
you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error or incorrect or
missing apartment number, you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping
company will charge us a fee this correction.
Order Processing
Prepaid credit cards are only accepted. Credit cards will be charged immediately
once the order is submitted.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email conforming your order with an
order id#. Please keep this receipt as proof of purchase.
Order cancellation must be called or emailed within 24 hours of when order is
placed.
All Mi Vida-My Life products are baked fresh daily and are guaranteed fresh when
shipped.
We will not be responsible for any product damage that may occur after it leaves
Mi Vida-My Life's shipping department.

Enter your order directly on the web. We provide a "shopping cart" to allow you
to select products as you browse our website. When checking out, we provide a
secure SSL to protect your privacy including credit card information. If you
prefer to select items directly from a list of all items, simply go directly to
the checkout and select your items there.

Mi Vida-My Life is a secure site and uses Authorized.Net to process credit
cards.

We do not sell our customer list, so rest assured that your privacy is protected
at Mi Vida-My Life. If you use this website, you are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to
your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that
occur under your account or password. Mi Vida-My Life does sell products for
children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If
you are under 18, you may use Mi Vida-My Life only with involvement of a parent
or guardian. Mi Vida-My Life reserve the right to refuse service, terminate
accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Sales Tax
Currently, only California residents are subject to
sales tax collected by Mi Vida-My Life. Nutritional products are currently
non-taxable items.
Returns
All sales are
final. We accept returns, but only if the product was found to be damaged upon
arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. So be sure you're ordering the right
product. If you do have a problem with your shipment, please contact us.
On the occasion
that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the
product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us so we can
exchange it for the correct item.
Damages
and Shortage
Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages
(missing items) must be reported to Mi Vida-My Life within 24 hours of receipt.
We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise
and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged.
Back
Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every
attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we
may run out of certain products. In case, we will mark the product "out of
stock" on our website. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will hold
off shipment of your entire order until all products are available. You should
place a separate order containing only in stock products to have it processed
immediately.
Legal
Notices
Any obligation, dispute, or other claim which may
arise from the purchase, sale, advise, use or involvement with Mi Vida-My Life
shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and
particularly the State of California and shall be heard and venued in the county
of Los Angeles.
